Secondly, seems like you ate more these last two weeks? Was that mindfulness or something rather random?
Thirdly, do you think that recording what you ate impacted your choices or behavior as the month went on? Would you see a value in continuing this beyond February?
Fourthly, "A salt and vinegar potato chip?" Really? Only one? Wow.

2) It must've been something random. A lot more social events, for starters; I tend to eat when food is in front of me, and forget to when it's not. But also my descriptions do not always convey the amount of food being eaten with any great precision, so grain of salt I guess.
3) I think the process did prompt me to add slightly more variety to what I ate, though by the end I was lapsing back into old habits. Also, and this is silly, but I often snack a fair amount, say, just a slice of cheese on some crackers or something, and I feel like I was less inclined to do so because two bites of food weren't always worth the trouble of writing it down
4) I ate it not realizing that they were salt and vinegar. One was enough :-P
