Getting ready to head to bed I decided to just grab some music from iTunes and did my typical "listeners also bought" slog through the iTunes store. Which lead me, somehow, to Carly Simon. This song is going on my Grooveshark list. And I might see if the movie's on Netflix.

My first real "oh, man, growing up sucks" moment was when I was sixteen or thereabouts. More self-centered than yours, I think: it was about realizing that I was, more or less, who I was going to be, and that no drastic cinematic transformations were really in the cards. Vain creature, I am. ;)

Meanwhile, Carly Simon's hair could deflect bullets, I'm pretty sure. But she does look good! As does Griffith. But Weaver will always be Ripley for me, with a slight side of that chick from Ghostbusters, so it's weird to see her all corporate-ified.
