Your rhubarb looks like it's as out of control as ours. We had a great rhubarb upside down cake the other night.

we try and keep it contained by cutting off the flower stalk each year before it goes to seed, though the plant itself is huge as its over 15 years old. it has its own section of the back garden, and well its where the composter used to be so the soil is very rich. I have other pics of my "rhubarb fashion" on flickr, and probably a picture of the actual plant some where on there.

Ours are huge too. We also cut out the flower stalks before they bloom. We divided them last year after about ten years and they went even crazier! We have one leaf right now that is about two feet across.
