Freaking John Tesh

I still find it an amusing anecdote, but I won't be telling the story around campus for a while.

Personally, I only stayed in the elevator for an hour, becuase I was hoping for some hot sex with Avi. Because isn't that what people always do in stopped elevators?

The main point of this is to state that "Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely" is NOT an Nsync song. It is, in fact, a Backstreet Boys song. BLASPHEMER!
Did something horrible happen to people stuck in an elevator on campus?

Heh... I didn't check very hard. I noted my mistake.

Yeah, apparently seven people got stuck in an elevator between the third and fourth floors, and started climbing out. One girl fell back underneath the elevator after jumping down.

The RA had told them not to open the doors, but somebody else was telling them to use the emergency release lever. In any event, it's sad, and I'm damned glad Avi and I just stayed put.
