~30 Update!
It's been a while since my last update. I spent literally 2 weeks studying for Calculus 2 almost every waking moment. At the test day last Thursday I felt like it sort of paid off. I meant to update sooner, but oh well. I have one final left. I thought I was going to die on Friday. I worked what is usually the closing shift at Sweet Eugene’s, except Sweet Eugenie’s is now a 24 coffee shop for finals week. ~26 Anniversary.
I finally got my computer back! I'm really excited! It works so much faster than my laptop, I can actually use the internet and Photoshop. I got the first 10 slides of my comic done, but then I left the remaining ones in College Station. I obviously won't be able to finish it this week. Maybe next week though. I went to see the new Cowen Brothers movie, 'Burn After Reading'. I enjoyed it, although Ladykillers still trumps it. Brad Pitt's character, Chad, and Linda Litzke, played by Frances McDormand were both comedic gold. There's an old adage about only relying on people as far as you can throw them. I think there might something to that as I've found most people around here are both beyond the tossing size limit and lazily inconsistent when it comes to offering any kind of real support. ~22 Missing Mail
I got my school together. Yarr! I'm taking a light course load on purpose, so I have Cultural Anthropology, Introduction to Archeology, and Sociology; Physical Anthropology is the only base class that didn’t offer. My mom got her overdue but nevertheless hilarious "Surely you can't be serious'. 'I am serious and stop calling me Surely" sound card. The first thing I've mailed! Woohoo!
