I got told to skip something that I go to once a week, that is helping me reach financial freedom, so I could watch the once a year 4th of July fireworks. (Which go for three nights in a row.) I find it weird I wasn't told to skip the dead end job I go to nearly every day to watch them.

I'm excited for tonight. :)

I didn't tell you to skip anything... I asked you to because I thought it'd be fun if you came. I just asked once because I didn't think it would be that big of a deal to skip it considering nearly the same material is covered every week. I didn't know it would annoy you

and skipping a job is different, because it's an obligation, where you will be letting your employer down

It seemed like you were bothered/annoyed with me that I wouldn't skip it, and that's what bothered me. Sorry, I must have read you wrong. I really like the opens. They're a lot of fun and I get to catch up with all my friends. I like going. I wouldn't want to let them down either. I'm sorry, I shouldn't have wrote that, and I'm sorry if I made you upset.

Skipping a commitment is also silly to watch lights in the sky.
