Cold and sunshine

This is the kind of winter day I love. It has been very cold - down to 2 or 3 F overnight - warming to 10 or 11F during the day. I shoveled the little bit of very light snow and then went for a walk: Walking in the brilliant sunlight - blue sky that would make the Mediterranean envious. I have a very warm coat, good Canada boots that aren't so

I've been searching and searching for you on the web and I don't know what I did today that's different, but here you are. And along with finding you the incredibly sad news of Iain's death. I am so sorry and sad.

You may remember me as Agnes Bouman or Agnes Hayes from the time in Ann Arbor when Iain was a baby. The last time I think that we saw each other was probably in the mid '80s. Michael and I are now retired in South Strafford Vermont.
