Tonight is marked by tragedy. Broomhilda, the faithful alto mascot, was found decapitated and blinded in the choir room late Tuesday evening. Although the vandals escaped the scene before anyone could identify them, two important clues remained. done and done. i'm still a little frustrated. maybe disappointed is a better word. i really did not expect them to do anything like that, taking her and hiding her is one thing, but completely wrecking her? disrespectful.

i will take a picture for you! alex and i wrote a little sign that basically says please respect our new broomhilda, the altos have no desire to create tension, she only represents unity..and we would never disrespect another section by destroying something that held meaning to them. something like that.

yeah, ken said that whatever happens outside of choir shouldn't affect how we perform as group, he said that now we know that we can't cross certain boundaries...blah blah. he didn't seem mad or anything. i would still like an apology, personally. ;)
