The hand that crept up to touch Wilson was pale and shaking. He was the only one to notice House’s attempt to comfort. He usually was.
For the first time since they’d boarded that bus, everyone else’s eyes were fixed not on House, but on Wilson. They were all as still as the photographs on their chests.

You caught me. For some reason, I prefer to write Chase the way he is in my head rather than the way he is on the show. I try to keep everyone in character, but I tend to be a little indulgent about Chase. I really want to make him a part of the core family whether he (or his cannon) likes it or not.

Yeah, I wanted to give Cuddy her dues between House's Head and Wilson's Heart. I think her will is her defining characteristic (even if it's not also a body part).
After that episode, writing this was the only way I could go to sleep. I can't wait for next week, but wish it weren't the finale. Boo for a short season.
