How could he feel fortunate or move on when he was still bleeding?

That right there sums it all up...sometimes it isn't the big things that break you, it's the little things.

Too true. I can definitely see this being the case for House. Thanks so much for reading and reviewing.

Wow. That was painful. *sighs* I...there are no words. *slightly depressed now*

Hopefully, Invader Zim on DVD will cheer me up...

And you want to talk about me making YOU sad with 'Disintegration'. Tit for tat, I'd say.

Thank you. I'm sorry it was depressing, but glad that you found it moving.

Hmm...I don't know if a papercut falls into the same league with glioblastoma multiforme, but if you say so. I take it as a compliment to have it compared to Disintegration.
By the way, I noticed you looking for some info on brain tumors over on your comment to kidsnurse's story. If you're looking for a med. beta/med. info, I'd be happy to help. Either way, I hope it's updated soon because it's a great story.
Thanks so much for reading and reviewing. It's much appreciated.

Cool! Thanks! I totally accept! I plan to be a doctor, myself, but my main ambition is to be a forensic pathologist, so I really don't know much about brain tumors. Cutting up dead people and figuring out what killed them, on the other hand...

Ah, you're one of those, just kidding. Feel free to email me stuff you want me to look at or questions and such, jem427@aol.com.

Thanks. I'm glad you liked it. Having it center around something as small as a paper cut was a bit of a challenge, so I'm very glad it worked for you. Thanks for reading and reviewing.

this is beautiful ! I love any fic that really shows what House sounds like in his own head "they did a lot of shoulding" "tears were pathetic" - Great !
