I was looking all over for this fic and, ta-da, you have an update!
Wonderful chapter. You've captured the characters so well. Wilson wanting to be there for House yet not smother him.
House opening up more than ever and feeling so vulnerable. Then immediately throwing up his walls again but yet still leaving a little space for Wilson.

You brought up some great points this chapter, especially when House comments to Wilson how he laughed at him when the pain returned. That had to really hurt House emotionally. Losing the faith in the one person who had always been there before.

It's been quite a while since I've updated this story, but the next bit's already up, so hopefully I'll be able to keep up with it a little better.
Yeah, I felt like the show glossed over the whole Wilson completely disregarding the return of House's pain thing.
