Medicine is brutal. It will get both better and worse as you progress - yes, you'll move up in status, but as you do the expectations of you will increase exponentially. And unless you are 100% superhuman perfect (hint - nobody is) you'll always find someone who is ready to bring you down.
my first day on with my OB-GYN attending he threw a scalpel at me in the OR and yelled at me for ducking and breaking sterility. He said I should have known that he wasn't actually going to hit me but seeing as it was my first day with him and that stupid thing came really near my face, i'm still unconvniced.
Anyway, I'm sorry you're having such a crappy time, a lot of people in medicine are just unhappy for whatever reason and take it out on others. It sucks to be on the receiving end of that. Seriously though, if anyone makes you feel uncomfortable (sexual/violent/inappropriate/whatever) then don't be afraid to report it because no one deserves to be treated like crap.
