Okay I feel like posting this story because it was really funny and because reading Amber's awesomely funny posts about Japan I want to get some of my Japan down here before I forget it all

It is interesting that you talked to Korean people in Japanese. I always speak English to Asian people except Japanese here (because I don't know their languagese), so you had the experience, each one speaks 2nd language to communicate, that I always have in America. XD

Oh yeah! Haha I didn't think about it that way, but it is very similar to your situation... wow, I always wanted to try speaking a 2nd language to communicate, and I did without noticing, yay! :D
