Does your character have the ability to block telepaths: Arthur's a professional dreamer and had some training in that dept, so I'm thinking that applies to telepaths in the way that his mind is organized and hard to penetrate but DEFINITELY not impossible, especially for someone of River's capabilities since Arthur is still just PLAIN OLE HUMAN anyway!
Is there anything vital in your character's past that River would know about: He's a career criminal/professional dreamer, he's been in the military, was terribly in love with a woman named Mal who died... If you ever need anything more/details, just hit me up on plurk!
Is there anything you don't want River to mention: Nah. Arthur will just flip the shit out and think that River's a really badass projection or something.

I have two spots left and she's one of the four I'm thinking about. It's been like a year since she was in a game, and I'm dying to play her again.

Does your character have the ability to block telepaths: None whatsoever.
Is there anything vital in your character's past that River would know about: Naze did a lot of meddling with her own memories using her crazy memory-erasing science juice, so some chaos might be apparent if they happen to meet up? Also a lot of unpleasant memories of being isolated, living in poverty, etc. And surgeries. Naze has performed all sorts of crazy mad-scientist shit on herself and others.

The most positive memories would probably revolve around Koga, who is her best friend forever (sort of girlfriend?) and experimental guinea pig. Also some happy memories of her older brother and younger sister. YEAH so. Stuff.

Is there anything you don't want River to mention: Naw, go for it.

I don't know the canon at all right now, but she's got some barriers up right now thanks to Charles Xavier. She's not quite looking to break them, yet. However if in the future you feel like breaking the both of them, I'm sure we could figure something out.

Just being in the proximity of one another would cause a chain reaction between the two if she picks up anything from him.

Does your character have the ability to block telepaths: mm, probably some kind of innate defence - more than a human - but unless her telepathy requires touch/VULCAN MIND MELD, she'd definitely be able to pick up on stuff, I'd say.
