There was so much to learn from them. I had just barely begun to translate their dialect and felt I was really getting somewhere when they abruptly disappeared as all beneficial things do in this miserable place. I haven't, but the library is frustratingly evasive when it comes to getting what you want from it.

Maybe you're being too specific... I haven't been here long, but it seems like the mansion works in really funny ways. Maybe... maybe if you learn to ask in the right way, it'll be easier to get what you want.

Perhaps. I often find books I was formerly looking for while looking for something I am currently interested in. I am unsure of the methodology behind this other than the mansion being contrary in nature.

There was not much for them to destroy that I hadn't already myself while believing I was someone else. You merely had to know how to talk to them. I have a gift for language.

Fair enough. I, on the other hand, struggle with almost everyone.

I suppose it does not help that it was stuck in a library for a length of time, during which it buried me under a bookcase.

My conversation with mine ended prematurely. It seemed more interested in examining my hair.
