Legal close for the parks is sundown right? I like the idea of Minnehaha just before... That way there is a small window for those who would like to follow any applicable laws, and the rest can just hang out until they want to. I also like the idea of a public place so all this can expand exponentially and each person can re-invite their monkey sphere. Perhaps, not only would it give an opportunity to catch up with old droogs but hang out with new folks.

Just my thoughts.
