I am sorry for you, I know the feeling. I used to work out at bally's medford, ma and I was disgusted because I was approached several times by a gay rep who works there. I complained to the manager, and he just told me to take it easy. I tried to cancel my account and I was told I cannot. Good luck with cancelling your account. you can also complain to better business bureau bbb.com online.
