Umm..I was wondering something.
Can you please tell me how did you do those outlines like in icon number 3 with America?
It looks like a cut-out and i really like it^_^

I can take a few screencaps of how I do it, but it'll be in Photoshop CS3
(if you use a different program, I'm not sure how helpful it would be)
