Suze, after spending some time at home again, hopped over to the Cullen home so that she could visit with Bella. She arrived right into the room where Bella was resting and looking quite...pregnant.

Suze left her house early that morning, leaving her family under the impression that she was taking a trip back to New York to visit old friends. After getting enough distance between herself and her house she closed her eyes and made to hop to Wally's apartment building.
