In the past week I have concluded the following:

- Classes are insane.

- I am a credit away from committing ritual suicide.

- I am a terrible person for checking my f-page a grand total of one time every week and a half period (and by then I can't say anything because everything is no longer current).

Eheheh...about that. |D Well, I totally try, but what with wanting to fangirl the Olympics and doing all my assignments, sleep gets pushed aside. I am, however, totally making up for lost sleep in Stat. It is a natural hypnotic I tell you. >>

XD;;;; I agree, Stat is hypnotic. I used to pinch myself out from dozing in my own stat classes.

It completely does not help that, 14 thousand words into the fic, I decide that, hey, I should start over because what I have written will make the recipient of my fic weep blood.

Very true. D: At least let me read it before you completely toss it, if you're deciding to do that?

And I'm not exactly planning on completely tossing it. I'm just bring the setting back a few years because I think I write high schoo Hyoutei better. I can still use some scenes - just...not the majority of them. |D

You probably shouldn't take your chances, Rei. Ocular bleeding is very, very serious...although I think sending you little segments of what I plan to cut is okay. <3

And see, that's the thing. I do plan on making it just as long because I am incapable of telling short story well. D: I am going to die, aren't I. This fic will have to be posted posthumously.

How can you start over if you have already written that much? *faints* (Rhethorical question, but still xD)

While I do my job well as a student counselor, I fail epically as a human/friend.
Although I don't agree, I can understand your sentiments. I think giving advice or cheering up people who are close to you is a lot harder >>; I do think you're doing well in both cases. "It's the thought that counts" and often the simple presence of someone you like is worth more than words ^^;

I hope you'll rest well on weekends :P

Butbut see, the thing is that you guys are all so great with checking up on me that I feel really, really awful for not doing the same. D: And I do want to know what you guys are up to, but sometimes I just don't have the time or the energy, which somehow I don't feel like are valid reasons.

I am crazy, okay? XD I was just reading over my fic yesterday, and I was like, "...EW. I SHOULD NOT BE LET NEAR A KEYBOARD EVER AGAIN," so I decided to start over. >>

Writers must be. Why else would they decide to spend weeks/months/years writing stories if they can buy books at the nearest street corner? :P When is the story due?

Exactly! XD The fic's due November 20, so I've still got two months, but I generally like to pass my fic around for betas for a month if I'm writing something super-long like this fic. D: In other words, I only have one month to write this fic, and if it's going to be as long as it is now, I'd need three more months. >> So, to recap, I'm screeewed. Also, the thing is, I'm writing for something I know (and you know her, too), so I don't want to disappoint.
