...because I've scanned my sketches and I want to post them until I forget about it. At least!
Before you take a look, be aware of:
- quite a big amount of them (21!)
- part of them is stale... I mean, they are from this time when I was a volunteer
- quality the main part of them is horrible... Sorry OTL
Ok, let's start from quite good-looking Principality of Wy and New Zealand. (I drew them without any reference, so... yeah. xD' Especially NZ was the one big improvisation. xD")
I drew them as a stationery for a letter to my friend. I rarely use stationeries from a shop, prefer making them by myself. ^^
Next goes a bunch of sketches which I make during sitting in hotels during championships in acrobatic gimnastics. I drew attitudes/funny reactions/etc. of countries whose representations I had met. So...
Canadians were... well... Canadian. German coach was really cheerful; representation of China mixed up hotels, British guys were totally pissed off of lating bus. Russian representation came last and when they were informed that their organization hadn't bought them meals in hotel, they were kinda scary. One of them came to us (me and another volunteer) and said serene: "Hello! We are hungry and very angry. Where we can eat something cheap and near this place?"
Americans looked just like bored. But...
...after all, they were very confident. At least, they won once.
Representation of Belgium was nice, but their coach was very rude. Hong Kong was so cute. They were lost on one airport, but they weren't even sure, if it was in Germany or in Poland. XD'
The first thing which was interesting for Poles it was the mealtime. The Holland's coach was very nice, I liked talking with him. When I asked him, how did he like Wrocław, he said: "Nice place. Maybe a little too hot..." (Btw I know, I can't draw Holland. OTL)
My drawing of Germany in gimnastic suit is an effct of my sick imagination after watching a male group from Germany...
Random doodles. I was hungry.
Representation of Belarus was taciturn. Really.
Ukrainians enjoyed similar words in Polish and Ukrainian. xD"
Italian brothers. ♥ I love them (but only as siblings!), they are cute, aren't they? ♥
Spanish guys looked like they were awkward a bit. It was also cute. xD
French group was surprisingly obedient - I was afraid they don't speak English, but luckily their coach spoke it.
On the right there is just a random girl's side-face.
The rest of doodles:
What's that? Vocaloid? Yes, I hardly ever draw Vocaloids, because I never remember how do exactly they look like. So this time I draw them just in swimsuits. ≧▽≦ Kasane Teto is my favourite Vocaloid, even when she is only Utau.
Now, something less interesting. I tried to sketch a story about Poland and Lithuania. This project has been sitting in my mind for a long time, but I have no time to draw it properly. (>。<)" So have these sketches. (Don't care about Polish text, it's not important. And sorry for a messy form. Sequence on each page goes from right to left.)
I know, it's quite a lame story and there is too many drama. OTL I ain't to make a sad end, I was just too lazy to finish it. 囧' (It looks so, doesn't it? orz)
Ok, at the end... Bonus! For those, who survived this pile of doodles: AustriaxHungary drawing!
I wanted to give it
julia9197 as the second fill on Valentalia event, but I didn't make it on time. OTL So I was keeping it in my sketchbook, waiting for the time when I manage to finish it. Well... I think this time will never come, so I post it as it looks. xD"
Tomorrow I'm going to Warsaw to my friend, so I'll post about my journey to Italy another day. ^^'
