...so, I've been pretending to revise for a while now, and thought I'd do a bit of blogging to reward myself for the time I've spent watching bbc broadcasts about vandalised Norwegian gingerbread houses revising

More Jasper, but still not enough. The Volturi were epic, and I can't wait for more of them. YUM Edward and Jacob, though all the slo-mo Edward was hilarious. How is it that the Twilight Saga can get their casting so amazing? I wanted a little more Rosalie, who nailed her one line, and more of Bella and Alice travelling to Italy. But it was just... as perfect an adaptation of anything can be. I loved it. But I still hate the three principal characters. Oh, and there was some terrible girls in the cinema when I saw it who clearly hadn't read the books and were screaming and giggling and shouting at the screen. When Edward proposes at the end, they all gasped and the whole audience laughed at them, ruining a great moment. And there was this Team Jacob twihard who was seriously jumping out of her seat and got really arse-y when they didn't kiss in the kitchen

Oh GOD! We saw the subtitled version (so we still had the ace english voices instead of the hilarious french dub!) and we actually got SHUSHED for laughing at the Edward Bella slo-mo forest bit. WTF? It was hilarious. But yeah, I agree it was about the best an adaptation could have managed to be. Jasper and Rosalie did indeed deliver stupendously well on their cumulative three lines. I detest Bella, Edward I am in love with, and Jacob is worth looking at. Jasper= aces...and am I the only one developing a bit of a Carlisle crush?? And JCB was hott as caius. mmmm

I LOVE CARLISLE. I just want more Cullens! At least it's a Cullen-fest in Eclipse and Breaking Dawn.
We all laughed at the slo-mo run. And the bit at the beginning when he walks from his car to Bella. It was just so ridiculous! Jacob is worth looking at, he just pisses me off. He feels entitled just because he has a heart beat and is far too selfish - if I can't have her, then you can't bite her at all. Twat.
Yes, Edward getting his arse kicked was unnecessary. But I adore Chris Heyerdahl's Marius and Caius was a little bitch (good way, good way) and I don't have words for how perfect Michael Sheen is at everything he does.
Hai! I wantz MOAR CULLENS PLZ! Kthxbai! I cannot tell you how excited I am for the next one-especially since I suspect there will be Jasper civil war uniform flash-backage! :D
