Thanks for the kind comment -- and the continuing interest in LIAB. There'll be more of Tasting in a short while. And more of the series in a long while. Much as I enjoy writing, what I get *paid* for is editing and the bank gets so serious about things like mortgage payments and overdrafts, don't you know. :-) Be patient, though. I've got a short piece sketched out that I hope to post in August. And a potentially very long non-LIAB piece outlined that may begin to see the light of day in December or January. More LIAB next summer, I hope.

Your writing seems to always make me hungry. It will be interesting to see how Andy navigates the course between the tender lamb and the mature balsamic.

Lamb didn't make the cut, so to speak, on the menu because it had to be fall themed, but it inspired the plan. It was fun exploring all the different options -- and while I didn't quite reach the heights Andy did with some of her dishes, the research did prompt me to up my game in the kitchen a bit. Win/win!
