rabies vaccine on alternate arms?

Hi. I was wondering if rabies vaccinations really need to be given on alternate arms, since
that was done with mine, except for the last one. I'd been bitten by a stray cat on one of my
left fingers, but didn't have the tetanus toxoid shot on the first injection day (left arm)

I couldn't really tell how close together your injections were, but it is good practice to not give an injection in the same site twice in a short period of time. Example, when diabetics have to receive insulin on a daily basis, sometimes multiple times a day, we always rotate their sites. Shot 1 would be in the left abdomen, shot 2 would be in the right abdomen, etc. Sounds like you had someone that knew what they were doing :)

The day 14 rabies shot was on the right. The day after, I got the toxoid shot on the left, and, maybe a few minutes after (went straight to the lab) I got my blood test on the left. The lab technician tried to extract blood from the right but couldn't, so went for the left instead. The nurse giving me the last shot (the doctor moved it to day 28 in advance because I couldn't make it on day 30), upon finding out that I had my toxoid shot on the left, injected me on the right. Sorry I wasn't clear enough. :)
