you deserve to be happy, and i'm thrilled you finally are (even more so because you're happy with me!) i've waited a long time to see you truly enjoy life and be content, in whatever fashion it would come.

i just finished reading "the notebook" (literally, since our network at work has been down for much of the morning). it's a simple, obvious book, but simultaneously a beautifully romantic one. mom loves it, and she recommended i read it because you and i remind her of the book's main characters (meant-for-each-other kind of love). anyway, here's a verse from the book that i wanted to share with you:

Our souls were one, if you must know
and never shall they be apart.
With splendid dawn, your face aglow
I reach for you and find my heart.

i love you, honey, and hope that things continue to go as well for you. regardless, you know i'm here for you, side by side, hand in hand, heart by heart.

im happy for you! sounds like after a rough patch for a while there, your life is looking up. you deserve it. dunno who's trying to upset you, but i say screw 'em. so there. ;)

It was rough, but all is right and good right now, save one person who will not leave me be. But thanks for the well wishes and positive thoughts over the years. Since you're down in MD now, maybe I can find time to visit at some point?

sure! according to mapquest and google maps, you're about 3 hrs away. know anybody in philly? we could meet halfway there...
