First of all: For FUCK's sake Hotch! I don't care if it's a children's party. Leave your Kevlar on!!!!

The Counseling - I don't think Hotch should counsel the team himself. I think it's a bad idea! For one he's too close to the team to be subjective enough to help them. Also, like Rossi pointed out: Hotch is quite screwed up himself with everything he's been through in the past years. He needs help himself. Then another thing: how on earth did he get Strauss to give in and let him do it?! She hardly trusts him to lead the team, how is she letting him do this?
I get that Hotch might need to keep some influence on the goings on at the counseling, because he's the only one who knows Prentiss is not really dead, but on the other hand they believe she IS dead so their grief is real and thus needs counseling...
That being said, if it would have been up to me they could have spent the whole episode dealing with the loss of Emily. My babies are hurting!! So sad.

The Case - I don't have a lot to say about it. I think it was a pretty average case. It's pretty weird though, seeing the team compartmentalize like that. One moment they're greiving and hurting and the next. Poof, case-time: and it's like nothing happened. I loved the Rossi/Hotch interaction, though. Those two are so good together!! I like the old married couple thing they have going on.

Well that's about it.
