Hello big-ass LJ "flag this journal" link.  Nice user-interface to place it in such a prominent location.  Is everyone seeing this - or is it just me?

This seems awfully annoying, and particularly irksome given my circle of friends and our interests.

Wow I hadn't noticed that. Do you get an email when one of your posts gets flagged?

I don't know. I haven't been flagged yet.

It's apparently new as of today, according to the December LJ Update post. Here's info about it in the FAQ... gotta scroll down a lil bit for the full explanation...

I've read the FAQ's and some of the answers to the 1749 comments they've gotten so far today, and I think this is as well-thought out and fair a policy as we could have asked for or expected, to try to provide SOME kind of filtering ABILITY for the parents minors
