i always used to say i was shy. it's been a part of my personality that i have accepted for so long i don't think i realised that it's not even true anymore. well, not in most situations anyway. today i introduced myself to a room of 120 new people. i did say 'um' but other than that it was good. i feel strange to be part of university life again.
