I have been preparing my dog's meals this week because she's had some GI problems. I think the dog food I've been feeding her is too rich.

My son came into the kitchen this evening while I was cooking dinner and said, "Smells good. Is this for us or the dog?"

Too funny! My sister made her cat's food for a while so there was always chicken stewing. :)

I bet her cat was disappointed after going back to cat food.

BTW, what kind of dog food do you use?

Well, actually, it was at the end of his life, so it was okay.

My dogs get Beneful Healthy Weight. I know some people disagree, but our vet said any name-brand dog food is just fine. They also get some table scraps, which I know some people also disagree with.

Thanks! I was feeding her Blue Buffalo but now I'm going back to the Purina One. She was doing well on it. Of course, her stomach problem could be from the crap she eats when I'm unable to stop her. (Like duck poo.)

Haha! Yesterday I bought dog Edna a sweater, a t-shirt (from the Martha Stewart collection, no less), and two toys.

You should post a picture of Edna!
