Hubby: Did you google it or was there a brain-wave? Me: No. I'm just that awesome. Hubby: You're awesome. Me: Yes. I connected to the great hive mind and.. Hubby: .....
Your Hubby works with computers all day. Expect he'd had enough of it and might have been brain fried. It happens. Oh how it happens.
My wonderful son-in-law is good with electric things, he's in the online computer problem fixes at work and plays with computer guts for fun, but he doesn't do plumbing. My daughter had to take apart the garbage disposal when it got something stuck in it. That's electric but it's hooked into the drain, so plumbing. Think she did the google thing too.
Google is our friend. *sighs* I've got this electric stove eye that needs replacing, the most used one of course.
He was brain-fried, I had to gently move him out of the way to go get the screwdriver an he stood there bemused. But he also tends to go blank when it comes to any DIY while I get on with it.
Anyhow it's fixed now lol and I get to declare how awesome I am at every flush!
yeah. it seems my bros are quite hopeless with fixing stuff at home. i had to redo what my younger bro did to connect the hose to the faucet at the garage. i even replaced the connector in the other house garage/garden faucet as well. ^^;;;
oh, and yeah, how to fix that flapper in the toilet tank as well as replace the broken/old flusher with a new one. yay us! d^^b
nope. didn't google that. i just know what to do and how to fix them based on how they were connected and what they looked like. ^^;;;
though don't ask me to use electrical tools or hammer and saw coz i am a klutz when it comes to those. XD
