I'm trying to be a bit more adventurous with my cooking lately, and break out of a few cooking habits.

So when I saw this recipe for scallop cakes, and the suggested alternative of whitefish, it caught my attention

yum! I don't cook seafood much at home, other than making tuna sandwiches, but that sounds lovely.
