Gluten-free is definitely a good way to go. Have you heard of the GAPS diet? It's quite extreme simply because of the time you're on the diet but all reports are that it really really makes a difference. I'm considering adapting my paleo diet to GAPS but one step at a time.

Have you gone paleo/primal or gluten-free? If not, what changes have you made?

His Lordship's dietician at work sends regular emails telling him how evil bread is. He's found his diet and health is loads better since switching to gluten-fee. I love bread too much to give it up completely but at least now I'm down to a couple of slices of bread and one pasta dish a week instead of a loaf and pasta most evenings.
