Some photos I took when I went out for a walk to check things out. There are 3 bridges in my area specifically and here is what's going on right now...
AROUND the corner from me. Where you see the water coming over like mini waterfall, that is the TOP of the bridge rail.
Next few photoes are down in Lodi. THIS is typical of any major storm when we get rain. It always floods out. I can't even imagine the number of times the Boys & Girls club there on the right has dealt with this problem.
During Floyd, there was a woman that was picked up by the undercurrent while trying to cross one of the bridges, thinking she could make it. She didn't. This is the same bridge that happened at.
One of the cemeteries is flooded.
WalMart never opened today. It's still all boarded up.
