report from a busy weekend

I spent a busy but enjoyable weekend in NJ, attending my cousin's wedding, and visiting with relatives in the area. Now that I'm back, I can finally share a couple of my big projects from the past couple of months.

I love your artwork! It was so funny because when the picture first loaded I was like, "Hey, that looks awfully familiar..." What a cute idea, even if Barnes & Noble is basically the least romantic place in the world to me. But, I know for others it feels like home. You did a great job capturing the place... it really looks like itself.

Lovely dress. I can't even sew on a button, so I'm always impressed with any kind of sewing skills.
