rain rain rain
how it flows on
washing down mine
to call to mind
where we sail on
may we brush past
undying grin
eternal rain
long may it last
our secret pact
sailing away
to wink again
streaming past
you never end
raining again
poem

It's still raining outside. How serene :)

Do you write poetry often? I like your poem. This is the sort of thing that should be printed on a tile and hung above the fireplace, or in the bathroom. And yes, I am a silly cosy civilian like that. =^^=

Thank you, I rarely write poems and
I'm usually too shy to post them (**;)
So happy you like it... X3

But it's supposed to rain a lot~! Since I am Dutch, I hereby claim my rights to Summer rain!
Don't worry, from what I read here, nothing is wrong with your poetry. >^-^<
I do know what you mean though. Most of my scribbles are safely hidden in my offline writing (s)crapbook. I do like to practise different writing forms... even dabbled with limericks.
A knight came to the witch's dwelling
To buy a cure for painful swelling
The witch laughed and said
"Lie down on that bed -
My daughter can aid with expelling"
You may understand why I keep such things to myself. O_o
