Hi, I want to talk to you concerning your post in Phantom_icons, if you look down, I talked about posting PHANTOM ICONS ONLY! ...

or go for lj cut ... so your icons have to be lj cut ... if you are not sure how to lj cut check here... http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=75

*if some icons are not phantom please notice us first in the post then lj cut it ... is that simple no?
