Harmony has had a pup for just over a year (so I guess she isn't a puppy anymore, how sad) but she told me once that the obedience trainer told them that it's totally normal for puppies to lapse occasionally, but eventually potty training will stick. You're absolutely right that it's easier than babies!

As for your co-worker issue, maybe you could just be "busy" every Saturday afternoon for a while. She'll probably get the hint but hopefully there won't be any hard feelings, and you won't have to deal with her creepy son anymore.
