Good morning. I'm looking forward to today because we are going to a wedding and reception at the Ponchatrain on the 25th floor. We ended up getting a room for the night so we wouldn't be drinking and driving from downtown, and it was offered at a reduced rate of $99/night. I am officially done with graduate school and will receive my master's officially in mid-August. I guess finishing grad school should be a pretty big deal, but instead it feels so microscopic. Today is day #3 of being in Vancouver, BC. The weather is beautiful and we are having a lot of fun. Yesterday G and I walked down to the beach (only 1 block away from our hotel) and we both now feature nice pink skin. We were there for almost 3 hours.
