Welp it's end of the 12 weeks but not the end of my quest for the 32 inch waist,so I shall continue my campin'but starting tomorrow,will journal every day since it seemed when my journaling slowed down, so did the weight loss.I have not lost any more weight in the past 2 weeks but that's because I've been less inclined to get my but out walking
