My sympathies. Getting older limits us in all sorts of way.

I hate the spoons metaphor because role playing games already had the concept of "fatigue points" sitting there, which covers everything the "spoon" bit is trying to explain.

well, it started when I was 36. I am now 48.

So.... I may have a long way to go. Or not.

As for fatigue points vs spoons, I think they wanted something concrete. I still hate it.
