12 [watery animation tutorial]

Everyone seems to love this effect. It's the one I used on the icon I'm posting with, and people always ask me how I do it! So here's a simple tutorial for JUST the effect.

Thank You so much for this tutorial =) Your work is absolutely amazing. Also...I had a question on the effect that you used on your "blue Killian with watery border" Icon. I love that effect and have been trying to do that forever. Are the settings similar to these and what effect length and frames per second settings did you use?

It's similar, just apply refractive distortion instead of sunlight dappling :] I usually use 1 second for the effect length with 8 fps, I think.
