YAY! So glad you liked Bodyflow. It's super super challenging at first, especially the bits borrowed from Pilates, but it does get easier with experience, I promise. Plus, the routines change every few months, so you might hit some easier tracks in the next new release. (Or, if you've got a really cool teacher, they'll put together mix-tape sessions with bits from lots of different routines :)
And, much sympathy on the struggles. But you're awesome for persevering, and it sounds like you're dealing well with your current set of challenges. Have a good time at the conference, and good luck with everything!
