These days at work when given a challenge, instead of feeling motivated and having that excitable I-can't-wait-to-jump-in energy, all I feel is just uninspired and unconfident.

I guess this is what happens when your supervisor constantly ribs you for every little thing you do, but gives unclear instruction on how she wants it done. No, perfection
