Well, I got a temporary passport for the trip next week and applied for new ID documents. Maybe it's just as well that I'm getting them all new. I changed my hair quite a bit from the Lara Croft do this year. Who knows if my missing passport wouldn't have gotten me into trouble if I had presented it to any customs officer ...

My new passport is ready to be picked up. I haven't gotten round to it, yet, or sorted my priorities to that effect as the case may be.

Oh, yes. Speaking of DragonCon. Well, sad to tell, it's not going to be this year (and thus my visits to the States during the current regime stay limited to just one). Trying to build a business turns out harder than expected. I'll be hanging out with the Klingons in Germany this coming weekend though.
