Simple Pleasures 1

There's a certain feeling of satisfaction that comes with having prepared the week's next main meals. I don't mind if it's 3 to 7 times the same. The ingredients are varied enough. Plus I just spend one hour cooking a week instead of every day. I distribute the result in a number of plastic boxes and keep them in the fridge or freezer.

So to me this looks like a full fridge, knowing there are 7 full meals in there.

Now I know my step-mom would have an existential crisis if she saw that. When she says her fridge empty, others say they could live for two more weeks of what's in there.

On a different note:
My step-mom was sorely disappointed (to put it mildly) that the neighbor she had entrusted with looking after the house didn't clear the fridge as she had told her to.
"Really, there weren't more than 3 or 4 items!"
Yearrright. I had a peek and I swear it looked ugly. One definitely didn't see the far wall of the fridge. Besides, if it was just 3 or 4 items, what's she getting all worked up about clearing the fridge when she got back?
Somehow I can't get the hang people's subjectivity.

fridge, meal, pleasure
