Oh, yeah, got to see the new Batman movie tonight.
Scary load of symbolism and zeitgeist there. Cleverly done.
And my current reading is "Neuromancer". Combines in the head to open "funny" insights. I like to think that we're a product of what we see and what thoughts we nourish from our impressions. And then we go and pack them into symbols, into units of meaning, into plot devices releasing our ruminations into the world to add to the stock of things there are to perceive for those who either care to look or by any dumb chance happen across it at an opportune time - fiction reflecting upon reality, reality picking up on fiction.
Basically: the stuff our dreams are made of <-> the dreams our stuff is made of.
Good thing there is a whole world of "stuff" and a great variety of "genres" as far as our dreams go. But that's another story.
I'll be shot enough when I'll be working for my classes tomorrow and in the evening going for the next installment of Gabi's weekend program (she was the one to suggest Batman). As for Sunday, I'll be working another 4 hours in the call center.
