1. I completely agree with the idea that people should be required to pass a driver's test when they reach a certain age past retirement. My dad would never pass. It just took my parents and I 20 minutes to get from the Chinese restaurant on mall road to my house. He was driving 30 mph down Mall Road!! Now, I'm not sure what the real, legally
