Ooops I meant Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs...that's not quite the same at all...

Some profs at my school recommended this so I randomly applied on a whim. But hey, it sounds like it's going to be amazing.

By the way, tell me about Vietnam! What are you going to be doing over there? And when do you leave?

I will also be poor and doing an internship in DC throughout July. Do you know where you will be living in DC? We should totally get lunch or something someday because I am going to be super lonely and bored when I am not working, haha.

I would love to get lunch or even explore DC with you! I am not so far away from DC but I haven't properly discovered the area on my own yet. Where will you be working and living?

Wow I haven't heard from you since...forever, it seems. How are you? I bet they are keeping you very busy over at the fellow Seven Sister school. Is it everything that you dreamed (and more)?

Please keep in touch. My email is elizabethaguthrie@gmail.com (not so original whatsoever...) We must meet up!

That seems like quite a plan for the next year. I hope you will have time to share your adventures and photos with those of us who care for you on LJ. I hope you are enjoying life and not working too hard! Take care, Beth and please keep in touch. :))

Aw I will do my best to not fall out of touch with lj land. I will periodically post on here while away, but more often I will be sending out mass emails with photos attached. Livejournal is especially difficult to load on old computers in run-down internet cafes, or at least it was back in Niger. If you would like, you can give me your email address and I will make sure that you receive my more frequent updates. And then, after I get back from my trips, I usually spend months gushing and venting and rehashing my memories, so you will definitely see that on livejournal ;)

Please keep taking and posting the breath-taking photographs. You are really developing a professional eye over time!

You are added to the list as of a minute ago! The honor is truly mine, especially now that you will be subjected to my ramblings in email form, hehe. I hope that you are well.
