im lost and still confused

I just spent an hour, in bed, thinking. My head is going to burst. I thought I knew who I was, who I am, who I'm going to be, what I'm doing, what I will do, everything. I'm lost and there is no one who I can turn to. And that sucks because I have these close friends [2 or 3] but I still can't bring myself to talk with them
