i don't understand my own motivations either? but i find when i try to explain them to other people, some people can analyze them to make them more clear. so at least if i saw the thought process then i could understand vaguely where they are coming from.

i think you would be an awesome mom. but also, the best aunt ever. you can move in with me and be an auntie to my kids too if you want. but you have to like cats. as i plan on having at least 40.

of course i am still a civil war dork. :) mildly less so, as i have less time.

that does sound tragic. i am a lot less good at acting now. i am a lot less passive agressive too, though i still have my moments.

1. what is the most out of character thing you have ever done?
Erm. Probably royally pissing off and permanently estranging a close friend of mine earlier this year. I have very few close friends, and I am intensely protective of them, so this was really out of the ordinary and a really regretful thing I did, I think, even if it wasn't entirely my doing. It really made me feel unlike myself.

2. if you had to become an inanimate object what would it be and why?
Good one. Let me see. I want to be totally cliche, actually, and say that I would be an instrument. One that gets better with age. You're valued by someone and will be remembered. You must be touched in order to remain valuable. If you are lost (in that someone stuffs you in a closet and forgets about you), you can be found (by someone else, who wants to play you). You can help make beauty in the world, which is always a good thing; you can help people to improve themselves; and you can help people express themselves, as well. There's something so affirming about all ( ... )
